Finding accommodation is a significant challenge for any student or trainee who is looking forward to going abroad to study or work. Prices can be expensive, a foreign country with a foreign language can be scary, and in general, it requires some courage and the willingness to face many challenges. Too often, the challenges can seem too big, or actually be too much for the students or trainees and force them to give up on the idea of a mobility or come back after an unsuccessful attempt at settling.

Going abroad to study or work is always a great life experience and one of the most important values of our European identity, but students find it difficult to access useful information prior to their arrival and communication platforms designed to help them are not always optimal.

That is why the HousErasmus+ project aims to identify all the challenges and best practices that students and trainees face when they are looking for an accommodation abroad.

By filling in the HousErasmus+ survey, you can help us to identify the challenges that international students face when finding accommodation. Not only that, but you have the chance to win some amazing prizes, including an iPad!

Thank you!
